As part of the experience, we know that on some occasions we will not be able toĀ fulfilĀ all of your expectations, so we offer you A. Returns and B. Refunds under the following conditions:

A.Ā RETURN

If the product does not fit the customers expectations i.e sizing or aesthetic issue, the following applies:

1. customers may exchange for a correct size,

2. a product swop to the value of goods purchased.

3. A Voucher to the value of the goods purchased,

all the above under following conditions:

  1. The selected size does not fit the customer's measurements.
  2. Customer simply wants to change for another product.
  3. Patterns have some variations according with the picture.
  4. Color is different from the picture.
  5. Material quality is not exactly what customer wants.

CONDITIONS TO APPLY FOR A RETURN:

-Ā Send an email toĀ admin@swissdesignersport.comĀ with the subject lineĀ RETURN or EXCHANGEĀ Ā (your orderĀ number)Ā followed by your name and reason as well as attached pictures of the item. In case of a direct exchangeĀ to a different size or color let us know.

Please Note:

1. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

2. Changes will be executed once we receive the returned items. Our SDS team will check each item carefully.Ā 

3. Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return.

4. On orders that have applied an SDS(Athletename10) Discount will get the value back in form of a Voucher Code of the fully paid amount or can swap the product to a different size or color.

B.Ā REFUND

Refunds areĀ only made on the condition that the products sent areĀ evidentlyĀ damaged or there is a manufacturingĀ defect. If so, please send proof via email, products will be refunded afterĀ a fairĀ assessment has been made.
