Join the SDS® Women’s Running Team – 6-Week Training Program ♀️✨
We’re thrilled to launch the first-ever SDS® Women’s Running Team, led by our expert coaches and athletes. This program is designed for women only, to push each other, build one another up, and achieve our personal goals — come as you are, and let’s get stronger and faster together!
Program Start: 31st March
Frequency: 2 sessions per week
Tuesdays: Longer runs for building endurance
Thursdays: Interval and technique sessions for speed, strength, and efficiency
Cost: CHF 50 for the full 6 weeks

Why join?
Learn from experienced coaches how to run efficiently and avoid common mistakes before, during, and after race day.
Gain trail running expertise: what to bring, how to fuel, and pacing strategies.
Participate in a special workshop at the end of the program covering race-day preparation, nutrition, and recovery.
Optional goal: run the Grand Prix (GP) together (5 km or 16 km depending on availability).
Be part of a supportive community of women, motivating and encouraging each other along the way.
