10:30 – 11:00 | Doors Open: Arrive, settle in, and enjoy a welcome drink as we set the tone for the day.

11:00 – 11:45 | Circle & Intention Setting: We begin together with a grounding opening circle. Through guided practices and journaling, you’ll be invited to reflect on what you wish to release and welcome into this new season.

11:45 – 12:15 | Guided Breathwork & Meditation with Ona: A calming breathwork journey and meditation to connect with your inner self and align with the energy of change.

12:15 – 13:15 | Nourishing Food Experience: Savor a wholesome, seasonal meal to nourish body and soul, shared in community. And Handmade Cakckes by Halina.

13:15 – 14:45 | Creative Art of Makramee with Tonya: This playful and mindful session helps unlock inner creativity and embrace new perspectives.

14:45 – 15:00 | Closing Circle: We gather one last time to share reflections and seal the energy of new beginnings.

15:00 – 16:00 | Open Space: Time to connect, integrate, or simply be. Continue conversations, explore - Shopping unwind at your own pace.
